Today’s Special – A Tasty Tuna Poke That Is No Jokie!

Ingredients 1 lb of raw Fresh Ahi Tuna- cut them into 1/2 inch cubes 3 tbsp quality soy sauce 1 tbsp of toasted sesame oil 1 tsp Asian chili oil 2 tbsp of Ponzu sauce 1 garlic clove, minced, 1 green onion, sliced diagonally 2 tbsp roughly chopped cilantro leaves 1 or 2 tsp of toasted sesame seeds

Directions  Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl – chill  for at least 2 hours and serve with rice crackers or your favorite brand of cracker. Ponzu sauce can be found in most markets in the Asian food isle. Keep in mind that this makes a great appetizer and can be served with a very nice Sake! Arigato!
