A New Place with Taste – Incr-Edible Cupcakes Baking Up Sweetness Daily. 
When I first heard there was new place to get great gourmet cupcakes next to one of my favorite pizza places, Nitza’s Pizza, my immediate thought was that it sounds like a good reason to get a slice of pie and a great reason to check out the new sweet shop right next door! Now being an avid fan of many of the great restaurants in Old Town, we all know there are many places to fill a sweet tooth but sometimes you want a place that just does one thing and does it well. I must say that Incr- Edible Cupcakes does just that. They made my day when I saw that they were just the niche needed to fill that cupcake itch.
I met owner and cupcake entrepreneur Diana Colletti and it was obvious she had a passion for making moist and tasty cakes and even though she was the new kid on the block, I could immediately tell that Incr-Edible Cupcakes was armed and ready to introduce the Temecula Valley to their array of tasty indulgences. Their selection not only made me curious but got my taste buds standing at attention. Hosting a mixed variety of flavors you are sure to love, they have many different specialty cakes and if you have a flair for the exotic, they also feature many one of a kind cupcakes that you would not ordinarily see at most shops. Here are a few special cupcakes they offer just to get you salivting and hungry for more. A must try is their Granny’s Apple Pie with cream cheese frosting – garnished with diced apples, Red Velvet Gluten Free with a chocolate whipped cream frosting and white chocolate drizzle just to add some extra sweetness, we loved their Pumpkin Honey boasting a tasty cinnamon cream cheese frosting, Chocolate Cake with fudge frosting – garnished with chocolate curls and one of my personal favorites and ever so popular, yet simple their Vanilla Bean Cake with vanilla bean butter cream which by the way, has been a favorite on our Perfect Pairing Tour. It is good to see I am not the only fan of Incr-Edible Cupcakes as I found many others who agree like Renee Dominguez who boasted that ”They have the BEST cupcakes!!!!” which I feel is a pretty strong statement but I must admit they are very good! Diana was nice enough to offer our Perfect Pairing Tour a variety of samples which we asked Lorimar Winery to pair up with their special desset wine and as usual Lorimar had no problem rising to the challenge. Our tour goers and guests gave both Incr-Edible Cupcakes and Lorimar Winery “Two Thumbs Up” as they did not forget to lick the icing of their thumbs and fingers! This was a Perfect Pairing and every one agreed a great success.
