Juicing It Up – A Tasty Way To Feeling Great!
Green Juicer Harvest: Quantities and varieties provided are intended to supply enough fresh
organic greens, other vegetables, fruit and herbs to produce approximately 21 drinks of 24-30 ounces. Depending on the season, your juicer and recipe, your juice production will vary. The Green Juicer Harvest is heavy on the green vegetables with enough variety of fruit and other vegetables to create a wide assortment of recipes.
Specific varieties and quantities of fruits and vegetables will vary with each Juicer Harvest season and availability. We will strive to provide similar quantities each week. As an example only, a typical Green Juicer Harvest may include: 7 bunches of kale (and/or swiss chard, cabbage or spinach), 1 bunch red lettuce (or green lettuce, romaine or other lettuce), 14 cucumbers, 3 bunches spinach (or other spicy green), 8 bunches carrots (and/or beets, or other root vegetables), 2 bunches parsley (and/or dill, basil, cilantro or mint), 21 apples , 7 lemons (and/or limes or oranges).

As an example only, a typical Fruit Juicer Harvest may include: 14 cucumbers, 7 tomatoes, 6 bunches carrots (and/or beets), 2 bunches spinach (or other spicy green), 2 bunches parsley (or mint), 21 apples (and/or other in season fruit), 7 lemons (and/or limes or oranges), 3-8 Mixed fruit varieties such as kiwi, pomegranates, berries, canteloupe, etc., and/or other in season fruit.
